Photography, Color and
Gratitude-
Lack of Color
Like with many of you, the demands of life are
great. I spend too much time at work - late nights and weekends. Chores take
more time from family and family takes time from hobbies. I still find time to
travel, homebrew, study and enjoy my beer. However, Hiking, biking and the
camera are no longer on any agenda. Before "Digital", in the days of "Film", I
lived near bay, ocean, mountain, farm and woods. This provided a great
opportunity to enhance my interest in color through amateur nature photography.
Now the world of digital photography has provided an outstanding display of
color. The level of graphic-photographic display in video, magazine and other
art is truly amazing today.

Sometimes a lack of color best conveys the connotation.

Natural is Supernatural!
Rather look about you and you shall
see Him playing with your children.
And look into space; you shall see Him walking in the cloud, outstretching
His arms in the lightning and descending in rain.
You shall see Him smiling in flowers, then rising and waving His hands in
the trees.

My photographic adventures for the past

I now live vicariously through the lens
of others - such as the photographers listed below.
Much of
